Call for Cases

Physicians from around the world are invited to submit a challenging coronary, endovascular or structural heart disease case for presentation during the Challenging Case Forum at C³ 2012.

Submit a CD of an angiography, brief case history, and statement describing the teaching value in the case.

If your case is selected, your registration fee will be waived. The C³ conference will pay for your hotel accommodations (room and tax only) provided your stay at the C³ Conference is a minimum of 3 days and maximum of 5 days. The C³ conference will not be responsible for your travel, or any other expenses.

You will be acknowledged as a faculty member in the onsite syllabus.

If your case is accepted, you will be asked to prepare a MS PowerPoint presentation with no more than 10 slides. The time allotted for the presentation will be 12 minutes. Additional information regarding disclosures, etc. will be provided to you prior to the presentation.

The deadline for submitting cases is May 2, 2012.

Call for Abstracts

Submission Guidelines

All abstracts should be submitted online by May 2, 2012. Please limit your abstract to 300 words.
