Location

C³ will be held at Orlando's Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel situated on 230 acres of lush landscape. You'll find everything from Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Adventure Park, Walt Disney World to a variety of other Orlando Florida attractions nearby.

Accommodations

A block of rooms at a discounted rate has been reserved for C³ participants until Monday, May 14, 2012. After that date or when the block fills, reservations will be subject to availability and the discounted room rate will no longer be valid. The discounted room rate is $175 single/double occupancy, per night, plus tax (12.5%). There is an additional charge of $20 per person for additional guests. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. To reserve a room at the discounted rate, contact the reservations desk at the above number and mention that you are participating in the C³ Conference.

C³ is pleased to waive all registration fees for attendees who book at least 3 nights stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek during the conference. Once your hotel is confirmed, email your hotel confirmation to Julie Enichen at jenichen@achlcme.org to receive your complimentary coupon code.

*Please note: There are three (3) ROSEN Hotels in the Orlando area, two of which are located on International Drive, each adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. C³ 's hotel is the ROSEN SHINGLE CREEK on Universal Boulevard.
